Litigation


Roger Kneblewski heads the litigation department. He is an active officer of the Association of Intellectual Property Agents of Sao Paulo and has published several articles on Intellectual Property matters in Brazil.

 

The LITIGATION services of this firm are often called on by Brazilian and International Intellectual Property agents and law firms to act on their behalf in cases where court appearances are required or in cases where active prosecution is required. Litigation is usually a last resort and not undertaken lightly in Brazil because of the time it will take for a judges decision. Litigation carried out by a foreign entity will usually require the deposit of a bond with the court.
